You may walk by these "Elements" everyday, but would the average Home Owner know there's a discrepancy if they saw one ?
A trained Home Inspector has an eye for catching things most people don't see.

What A Home Inspection Is ....

Roberts Home Inspection Service will provide a thorough visual examination and written report of the home and property. The process usually takes two to four hours, during which time the house is examined from top to bottom. The inspection includes observation of crusial elements, and when appropriate, operation of the plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and appliance systems, as well as structural components: Roof, Foundation, Basement, Exterior, Interior Walls, Chimney, Doors, and Windows. When conducted by a professional, a home inspection covers approximately 400 items around the home. The findings should be provided to you in the form of a comprehensive report. It is vital that such a report include an unbiased evaluation of the condition of the home, clearly relating existing defects and indicating potential problems.  Roberts Home Inspection Report is a powerful tool for the Buyer, as well as a Seller.
